1. Program description
AmericanRed.ai Operational Alerts is a text-message program for authorized staff and contacts of AmericanRed.ai's campaign clients. Enrolled recipients receive operational alerts when an inbound call to their campaign's phone line requires attention — for example, press inquiries, legal matters, donor interest, urgent follow-ups, or requested callbacks. This program does not send messages to voters or the general public, and it is not used for voter outreach, political persuasion, fundraising solicitation, or marketing.
2. Enrollment and consent
Participation is limited to authorized client contacts who opt in during client onboarding using our written consent form, a copy of which is published at americanred.ai/sms-optin.html. Providing a mobile number is optional and is not a condition of receiving AmericanRed.ai services; alerts can be delivered by email or phone call instead. Consent is not transferable and is collected separately for each client campaign.
3. Message frequency, rates, and support
- Message frequency varies based on inbound call activity to your campaign's line.
- Message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier for details.
- Opt out at any time: reply STOP to any message. You will receive a final confirmation message, after which no further messages will be sent to your number.

4. Eligibility and general terms
You must be 18 years of age or older and the account holder or authorized user of the enrolled mobile number. Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. We may update these terms from time to time; continued participation after an update constitutes acceptance. We may suspend or end the program, or a recipient's enrollment, at any time.
5. Privacy
Mobile information collected through this program is handled as described in our Privacy Policy. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
